Goelia

Entrusted by the brand's founder, I will serve as a director of Gloria Australia, taking full responsibility for the brand's strategic implementation and operational system development in the Australian market. This marks not only Gloria's first significant step into the Chinese market but also the company's first practical experience in international development.
In the early stages of the project, we led the establishment of the Australian company and built a complete operation and management system covering finance, taxation, payroll, human resources and legal compliance, achieving efficient collaboration with the Chinese headquarters and laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the brand.
In terms of retail expansion, the brand successfully entered Pitt Street Mall, one of Sydney's most iconic shopping malls, and established its first overseas landmark pop-up store. After 18 months of market validation and operational accumulation, the brand further successfully entered Westfield Sydney, one of Australia's most influential high-end shopping centers, completing an important leap from market testing to long-term operation.
At the same time, we will establish a local supply chain and operation system in Australia, including e-commerce forward warehouses, order fulfillment platforms, local logistics systems, inventory management and outlet sales CBD specialty stores, and build a marketing and social media team to achieve integrated online and offline operations.
From company establishment, team building, and store expansion to supply chain construction, operation management, and business growth, we have built an international entrepreneurial process for the brand from scratch, established a sustainable operating system that is in line with the Australian business environment, and provided replicable practical experience for the brand's future expansion into overseas markets.

Aimer

Entrusted by the brand's founder, I will serve as a director of Aimer Australia, taking full responsibility for the strategic planning and implementation of the brand's entry into the Australian market. This is an important step in Aimer's global expansion and marks the beginning of the brand's formal entry into the Australian high-end retail market.
Within six months, the overall strategic plan for the brand's entry into the Australian market was completed, including market research, investment budget, business model design, shopping center evaluation and flagship store site selection. At the same time, the establishment of the Australian company, financial system, bank account, tax, human resources and compliance operation system were fully established, achieving efficient collaboration with the Chinese headquarters.

In November 2025, the brand successfully entered the luxury floor of Westfield Sydney, the heart of Sydney's business district, and opened its first flagship store in Australia. The project, from market entry and organizational development to store opening, was completed on schedule and to a high standard, establishing a retail operation system tailored to the Australian market and laying a solid foundation for the brand's future development in Australia.
Today, the brand continues to maintain stable operations and continuously optimize its retail performance, customer experience, and localization capabilities, providing a valuable reference case for the development of international brands in mature overseas markets.
